When a pregnant Demi Moore posed naked on the cover of Vanity Fair back in the 90’s it was controversial, original and bold.
Twenty-one years later, Demi now has a fully grown selection of children, has been married twice and has just completed a stint in rehab and yet for some reason pregnant celebrities are still queuing up to recreate her sodding pose, the latest being of course Jessica Simpson in the US edition of Elle magazine.
She’s stripped down for the publication and also let slip to them that she’s having a baby girl, and it sounds like she’s eager for her little one to be just as style conscious as she is. She said:
"Ah swear, ah will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins! Eric is so athletic. We’re gonna have this ath-a-letic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping."
Yes how lovely and the pictures are lovely too, but still – there must be some other original pregnancy poses out there for celebs to do? It’s just getting tedious now.
